Email us
The fastest way to get help with anything at all, in either game.
support@teikugames.comTo help us fix it faster, tell us which game and include your device model, OS version, app version (Settings → About & Legal), your player ID (Settings → Account — tap to copy), and the level if it's a puzzle problem.
Both games
I paid for something and didn't get it
First, open Settings → Account → Restore purchases in the game — that re-checks your receipt with the store and usually fixes it on the spot. Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
Still missing? Email us with the store receipt (Apple emails one; Google Play purchases are listed at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory) and we'll unlock it manually.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google's refund request form
If the store turns you down and you think the purchase genuinely failed to deliver, write to us and we'll look at it.
I got a new phone — where's my progress?
Right now, it doesn't move — and we're sorry. In both games, progress is saved against an anonymous ID tied to that particular install, and a new phone gets a new one. We can't match them up: the whole point of an anonymous ID is that it isn't linked to anything about you, which also means there's nothing for us to look you up by.
Purchases are the exception. Those live with your Apple or Google account, not with us, so a non-consumable like ad removal comes back on the new phone once you're signed in to the same store account.
Optional Google and Apple sign-in is coming, and it will make progress portable. Until then, treat both games as living on the phone you play them on.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. The only ads in our games are rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for something — a heart, extra moves, a joker or coins in SoliWords; a hint or an in-game item in Omni Sudoku. There are no banners and nothing plays between levels. You can finish either game without watching a single one.
I watched an ad and didn't get the reward
The reward is granted when the ad network tells us you watched far enough. If the video was closed early, or the connection dropped mid-play, that confirmation never arrives and we can't tell it apart from not watching.
If it happened and you're sure you watched it through, email us with roughly when it happened and what you were expecting — we'll credit it manually.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
Open Settings → Privacy in the game to reopen your consent choices. You can also change it at the OS level:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads
Rewarded videos still work either way — they just won't be personalised. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I play offline?
Yes, in both games. Levels you've already loaded work with no connection. The daily puzzles need a connection to fetch, and progress syncs the next time you're online.
How do I delete my data?
In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or use our deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. It's permanent and free, and it applies to every player — an anonymous account is still an account. Each game has its own account, so if you play both, do it in both.
Do you have a press kit?
Not a formal one yet. Email support@teikugames.com with “Press” in the subject and we'll send icons, screenshots, and whatever else you need.
SoliWords
A word is in the wrong category / this level seems impossible
Tell us and we'll fix it. Levels are handwritten, which means they're occasionally handwrong. Send the level number and the card that bothered you — a screenshot is perfect. Corrections ship in the next content update, no app update needed.
What do the boosters do?
Hint shows you where one card belongs. Undo takes back your last move. Joker is a wild card that fits any pile. Extra moves buys you a few more when the deck won't budge. Chain correct moves to grow the coin payout, then spend it on whichever one you need.
Omni Sudoku
This level seems impossible
Every journey level and every daily puzzle is checked to have exactly one solution before it ships, and our test suite re-solves all of them on every build. So if you're stuck, it is almost always a hard deduction rather than a broken board — and a Hint will name the deduction and highlight the cells that justify it.
If you still think a board is wrong, send us the level (the header says something like Level 37, or the daily's date and slot) and a screenshot. If it's a mistake, we'll fix it in the next update and say so.
How do hints work?
You get three per level. A hint looks for the next real deduction on the board — a cell with one candidate left, a digit with one place left in a row, column or box — and explains it in words, highlighting the cells that prove it. It only reveals a digit outright when nothing simple is left. You can earn more by watching a rewarded video, or buy them in the store.
The game flags my digits as wrong before I've broken anything
That's the Answer key mistake setting, which compares your entries against the solution. Switch it under Settings → Pointing out mistakes. Rule breaks (the default) only flags what the board itself already contradicts — a repeat, a broken dot, a cage over its total — and never tells you anything you couldn't have worked out. Never flags nothing at all.
What are the “reference” levels in the library?
Hand-made boards from the original Unity version of the game whose rules the engine can't fully check — usually a hand-drawn line or a one-off rule written for that puzzle. They're listed with their rules for people who want to solve them on paper, but the game can't confirm your answer, so they're not part of the journey.
Can I share a level I made in the editor?
Not inside the game yet. Your levels are saved with your progress, so they come back when you reopen the app. If you've made one you're proud of, email us a screenshot and a description — if we include it in a future update we'll credit you by whatever name you like. See our Terms for how that works.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes. Settings → Appearance, or leave it on System to follow your phone.
