Two games in the works

Quiet games for restless minds.

Teiku Games is a small independent studio. We make calm, clever puzzle games you can play in five minutes or five hours — no timers shouting at you, no noise.

SoliWords gameplay: word cards being sorted into category piles.

Our games

Two so far. Both for iOS and Android, both coming soon.

SoliWords app icon

SoliWords

Word association solitaire. One deck of words, every card belongs somewhere. Sort the deck, clear the table. Hundreds of handcrafted levels, a fresh daily deal, and a rhythm that fits in the gaps of your day.

Omni Sudoku app icon

Omni Sudoku

Twenty-seven kinds of sudoku, taught one chapter at a time. Kropki dots, killer cages, thermometers, whispers, sandwiches. 216 levels with exactly one solution each, three puzzles a day, and hints that explain themselves.

What we care about

A short list, honestly kept.

Calm by default

No countdown panic, no banner ads, no notifications begging you to come back. Play when you feel like it, and never when you don't.

Handmade content

Every SoliWords level is written and tested by a human. Every Omni Sudoku level is proven to have one solution before it ships. If a puzzle feels unfair, that's a bug and we want to hear about it.

Plain-spoken privacy

We collect the minimum a small studio needs to keep the lights on, and we say exactly what that is in plain English. One policy, both games, no surprises.

Why “Teiku”?

Teiku is the word the Talmud uses when a question is left standing — the argument is good on both sides, so it stays open. We liked that as a name for a studio built on puzzles: the pleasure isn't only in the answer, it's in the sitting-with-it.
