You can delete your SoliWords account and everything attached to it at any time. It's free, it doesn't require you to explain why, and it's permanent.
This applies even if you never signed up for anything. SoliWords creates an anonymous account for you the first time you open it, so your progress has somewhere to live. That counts as your data and you can delete it here — the same as someone who connected a Google or Apple account.
Option 1 — Delete inside the game (fastest)
- Open SoliWords.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and cloud data are erased immediately.
Option 2 — Ask us by email
If you've already uninstalled the app, or you can't sign in, email us and we'll do it for you.

Subject: Delete my SoliWords account
If you connected a Google or Apple account, send it from that email address. If you played anonymously, include your player ID from Settings → About — without it we have no way to tell which record is yours, because an anonymous account isn't linked to anything about you.
We may ask one follow-up question to confirm it's really you. We won't delete someone's progress on an unverified request.
We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually within a few days.
What gets deleted
- Your account — anonymous or connected — and its identifier
- Any Google or Apple account link, and any email address associated with it
- All saved game progress — journey levels, daily puzzle history, coins, hearts, boosters, experience, streaks and stats
- Your settings, including theme and language, on the device you delete from
- Analytics events linked to your account identifier
- Your support email history, on request
What we have to keep, and for how long

Things worth knowing first
- It cannot be undone. There is no restore. If you're only switching phones, don't delete anything — connect a Google or Apple account instead and your progress comes across.
- Purchases are not refunded and unlocked items are lost. Refunds go through Apple or Google.
- Deleting the app is not the same thing. Uninstalling removes local data from your device but leaves your cloud account intact. Use one of the two options above to remove the cloud copy.
- We can't delete data held by Apple or Google about your app-store transactions. Ask them directly for that.
